Due to the handcrafted nature of our offerings, we do not accept returns or offer refunds, except in the rare event that a product is received in a damaged or defective condition.

1. No Returns and No Exchange Policy

All sales made through www.vastravalley.net are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or requests for change of size, color, or design once the order has been processed and delivered.

Kindly review all product details, size guides, and care instructions before placing an order.

2. Refunds Only in Case of Damaged or Defective Products

Refunds will only be issued in the case where:

The product is received in a physically damaged, defective, or incorrect condition (e.g., torn, stained, or incorrect item).

The issue is reported within 5 days of delivery.

3. How to Report Damage and Request a Refund
​
To request a refund for a damaged product, please follow the steps below:

Email us at support@vastravalley.in within 5 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Include the following in your email:

Order ID

A clear description of the issue

Photographs or videos showing the damage/defect and the packaging

Once your request is received and verified, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Note: Requests made after the 5-day window or without proper evidence will not be eligible for refund under any circumstances.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not issue refunds in the following cases:

Minor color or texture variations due to photographic lighting or screen resolution

General dissatisfaction with product style or aesthetic

Size issues arising from incorrect size selection at the customer’s end

Product damaged due to misuse, washing, or mishandling after delivery

All disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurgaon, Haryana, India.
