Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we begin processing it immediately. Most of our products are made to order or carefully hand-packed to preserve their artisanal quality.

  • Order Processing Time: Within 3–10 business days
    (Excludes weekends, public holidays, and unforeseen delays)

2. Delivery Timelines

​

We ship across India via trusted courier partners. Delivery timelines depend on your location and pin code serviceability.

  • Estimated Delivery Window: Between 8–14 business days from the date of dispatch
    (Metropolitan cities usually receive deliveries earlier than remote or rural regions)

3. Tracking Your Order

​

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS with a tracking number and link to monitor your shipment in real time. If you face any issues, our customer care team is always available to assist you.

4. Shipping Charges

​

We currently offer:

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders and Prepaid, a nominal fee may be applicable, which will be displayed at checkout.
